Top Atlântico entrusted us with their
pharmaceutical groups for services at the 2017 European Academy of Neurology Congress and the 2020 EAHAD Congress in the Netherlands. In addition to providing our services such as hotel accommodation, all transfers, assistance and dinners with the utmost
care and attention, we stayed in touch with the client during the events to address any last minute changes and requests to ensure client
satisfaction.
Uvet GBT S.p.A.
Since 2015 we manage different groups every year for our client Uvet GBT S.p.A. These groups belong to a specialised food company from Italy that travel to the Netherlands for their technical visits to a large research institute in Utrecht. Our services for these groups include hotel accommodation, all transfers, assistance and dinners; ensuring that their programme runs smoothly and contributes to a successful overall technical visit and stay.
Sakura Finetek
Sakura Finetek dedicates itself to constant innovation in the pathological field. This Japanese company with its head office in the USA and more than 100 sales offices worldwide celebrated their 20th Anniversary in 2015 of the Sakura Finetek Europe division with a four-day Global Meeting Event in Spain organised by Congress Creation. We assisted in organising flights, transfers, hotel accommodation and catering; in addition to a social programme which included excursions, dinners and a final Spanish-themed farewell event. Congress Creation is proud to have been able to assist the Sakura Finetek Europe office based in the Netherlands with regular Global Meetings for a number of years.
