Welke informatie wordt verzameld en waarom?
Congress Creation verzamelt voor een aantal doelen persoonsgegevens. Voor de website van Congress Creation verzamelen we jouw gegevens voor:

Hoe lang bewaren wij jouw gegevens?

Google Analytics verzamelt anonieme gegevens, deze gegevens zijn dus niet verbonden aan jouw naam, bedrijf of e-mailadres. Google Analytics bewaart deze gegevens voor onbepaalde tijd. Contactgegevens ingevuld via het contactformulier bewaren we voor zo lang het nodig is om de offerte in behandeling te nemen en een eventueel daaruit voorgekomen opdracht succesvol en geheel te voltooien.
Hoe beveiligen wij jouw gegevens?
De persoonsgegevens die door Congress Creation of door de eerder genoemde derden worden beheerd, zijn alleen toegankelijk via bovenstaande software en zijn beveiligd met een wachtwoord. Alleen de medewerkers voor wie dat noodzakelijk is, voor het goed laten functioneren van de organisatie, hebben toegang. Tevens heeft elke persoon die toegang heeft tot de gegevens een geheimhoudingsplicht.
